为加强我校来华留学生管理信息化水平，切实做好疫情期间留学生公寓在住学生出入管理工作，我校来华留学生公寓出入管理系统将于近日正式启用。现将相关工作通知如下：
In order to strengthen the informatization level and access management of the international students living in the apartment forinternational students during the pandemic, the new access management system will be officially launched. The relevant work is hereby notified as follows:
一、该系统将于1月19日开始投入试运行，试运行期间，将停发纸质通行证。出入公寓，一律须扫描系统二维码登记通行。
1. The system will be put into trial operation on January 19thwhile paper pass cards will be cancelled. When entering or leaving the apartment, you must scan the QR code of the system to register.
二、该系统旨在切实掌握公寓在住留学生出入轨迹，及时排查学生出入异常情况，落实公寓疫情防控责任，确保在住学生安全。学生应积极配合出入扫码登记，如无故拒不配合扫码登记，公寓将禁止出入，并登记信息报学院处理。
2. The system aims to implement the responsibility of prevention and control of pandemic to ensure the safety of students living in the apartment, through recording the track of students entering and leaving the apartment, finding out the abnormal situation of students entering and leaving dorm. Students should actively cooperate by scanning code registration. If you refuse to cooperate with scanning code registration for no reason, the apartment will prohibit you from entering or leaving and report your information to the college for processing.
三、如因系统设备或网络等问题，无法正常扫描，公寓可发放临时纸质出入证，登记出行。但因个人设备或网络原因，连续两天无法正常扫描出行，公寓可禁止出入，并登记信息报学院处理。
3. If the scanning cannot be performed normally due to problems such as system equipment or network, the apartment can issue temporary paper passes to register. However, if you can't scan the codes for two consecutive days due to personal equipment or network reasons, you will be prohibited from entering or leaving, and your record will be reported to the college for processing.
四、该系统需留学生通过前端微信公众号绑定后方可使用。绑定流程已通过“CTGUInternational”微信公众号发布，并在公寓一楼大厅张贴。请仍未绑定的同学尽快完成系统绑定。绑定流程链接：https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/PriP-DnT_WwgiNncNkVAgw。
4.The system can only be used by international students after binding through the WeChat official account. The binding process has been released through the "CTGUInternational" WeChat official account and posted in the lobby on the first floor of the apartment. 五、寒假期间，公寓将继续实行晚归登记，学生需于每晚11:00前返回宿舍，系统每天将通过短信形式将出入异常情况通报各学院处理，请各位同学严格执行扫码登记制度。
5.During the winter vacation, the apartment will continue to implement the registration of late return. Students need to return to the dormitory before 11:00 every night. The system will inform college of any abnormal record by messages every day. Please strictly implement the code scanning registration system.
六、其他技术问题，可向公寓管理办公室或学院老师反馈。
6. For other technical problems, please report to the apartment management office or teachers of the college.
