我是三峡大学的一名外国留学生，我已认真阅读并且透彻了解了《三峡大学外国留学生手册》和学校有关规定和要求，我自愿申请在留学生公寓续住，现郑重承诺：
As aninternationalstudent of China Three Gorges University, I’ve read and fully understood the regulations and requirements in theHandbook forInternationalStudentandNotice on Safety Educationand other university rules，I volunteered to apply for continuing residence in the International StudentDormitory,and I hereby make the following commitments:
一、本人承诺在校期间，对个人人身、财产、交通等安全事宜全权负责。遵守中国法律法规和和学校的各项规章制度。如有违反，自愿接受相应的处罚。
1. I will take all the responsibilities for Personal safety, property safety, and traffic safety.I shall abide by the Chinese laws and regulations and the rules of CTGU. In case of violation, I voluntarily accept corresponding punishment.
二、做好疫情防控，服从有序放行管理。遵守出行规定，按时归寝；外出时服从社区的防疫管理，注意个人防护。
2.I will cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control work and obey the orderly release management of dormitory. I shallcomply with travel regulationsandreturn to the dormitory on time.When going out, obey the epidemic prevention management of the community and pay attention to personal protection.
三、遵守公寓管理规定。在公寓内不私自调房，不擅自在校内外租房居住；不使用大功率电热器具，不私接电源；不留宿他人；不干扰和影响他人正常学习、工作和休息。
3. I shall comply with apartment management regulations, donot change rooms or live outside dormitory without permission. I shall not use high-power electrical appliance or connect power supply without permission. I shall not accommodate anyone else in my room. I shall not disturb others’ normal study, work and rest.
四、不涉黄、不涉赌、不涉毒。对自己的人身和财产安全负责。
4.I shall not involve into any kind of activity in relating to pornography, gambling and drugs. I shall be responsible for the personal and property safety of myself.
五、不酗酒，不打架，不参与挑唆他人做违反校纪校规的事情。
5.I shall not drink alcohol excessively, fight or be involved in instigating others to violate the laws or regulations.
六、不驾驶或乘坐摩托车（含电动摩托车），遵守交通规则，注意出行安全。
6. I shallnot drive or ride motorcycles (including electric motorcycles).I shallabide by traffic rules and pay attention to travel safety.
七、在校期间不从事非法就业的活动。
7.I shall not do part-time job without permission from the Ministry of Labors of China or the authorized department during the summer vacation.
八、本人将按照申请入住时间居住，及时缴清住宿费用，爱护寝室公共设施，到期日前主动清理寝室，完成退寝手续。
8.Ishalllive according to the application time, pay the accommodation fee in time, take good care of the public facilities in the dormitory, and take the initiative to clean up the dormitory before the due date, and complete the leaving procedures.
九、遇紧急情况及时与辅导员取得联系，必要时直接拨打110或120等求救电话，并履行配合学校或公安部门调查处理的义务。
9.I shall contact the counselors of college or my class leaders in case of emergency. If necessary, I shall directly dial 110 or 120 to ask for help, and cooperate with the university or public security departments and university in necessary investigation.
十、续住期间自觉遵守校纪校规，若违背承诺内容，引发的一切不良后果，本人愿意承担一切相关法律责任，与学校无关。
10.Duringthe stay in dormitory, Ishallabide by the school rules and regulations. If I break the commitment, I myself shall bear all responsibilities of any possible consequences.
